Sand Creek Organ captures the final breaths of life from a well-worn vintage Thomas Monticello organ. Bequeathed to us by a friendly neighbor, this gem has a story to tell. During its downtime as a musical instrument, it also served as a home to countless little critters, leaving their marks all over the interior.

To capture all the character of this vintage treasure, we recorded two microphone positions: close and room. Sand Creek Organ includes six sustain types (two with rotating Leslie speaker), each with round robin and release samples, as well as various sound effects. We have also included carefully crafted ambiences and creative FX presets to jumpstart your creativity. Though the original Thomas Monticello may have reached its last stop, its sound will live on forever in Sand Creek Organ.

The library features an adaptable LFO system with selectable shapes, modulation targets, speed, intensity, tempo-sync, and fade-in time. You can apply 12 low-pass, high-pass, and FX filters with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, modwheel, expression, aftertouch, key position, and step-sequencer control. The customizable arpeggiator offers velocity control and parameters for direction, timing, swing, randomization, and duration. A key and scale lock system constrains notes to common scales and keys for easy melodic composition and live performance.

The interface includes a modular FX rack with 27 DSP effect modules assignable in any of 8 slots in any order. Effects include classic phaser, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cab simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator, and more. The reverb effect uses convolution with 99 impulse responses of rooms, halls, chambers, and outdoor environments, plus 40 custom FX impulses to radically transform the sound and open new sonic possibilities. A large bank of FX rack chain factory presets is included to get you started.
